Affiliate Disclosure

ChinaTravelHowTo is free to read. To pay for it, some links on the site are affiliate links.

What that means for you

When you click an affiliate link and book or buy something, the company may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same as booking directly.

Affiliate links are marked as sponsored in the page code, and the “What we use” boxes in our guides always carry this notice.

What it does not change

• We recommend products because they solve the problem in the guide, not because of the commission.
• Where a free option is just as good, such as booking trains on the official 12306 site, we say so.
• We never take payment to change an answer or a ranking.

Partners

We work with travel booking platforms and eSIM providers, which may include Trip.com, Klook, GetYourGuide and Airalo, usually through the Travelpayouts affiliate network.

If you have questions about a recommendation, ask us.
